We want to emphasize that EzyRide (SkyElite Ventures Online Hub Sdn Bhd – [1545529-H]) is not liable for the actions or omissions of our partners or any information related to them. Our partners are solely responsible for the goods and services they offer, and any liability associated with them.

It’s essential to understand that our partners are not agents, employees, or staff of EzyRide, and the services provided by them should not be considered as provided by EzyRide (SkyElite Ventures Online Hub Sdn Bhd – [1545529-H]). However, we are committed to assisting users and partners in resolving any issues to ensure mutually beneficial outcomes.

Booking Terms and Conditions:

Advance Bookings:

  • Bookings must be made at least one day/24 hours in advance.

Confirmation:

  • All bookings are confirmed with full payments only.

Driver & Vehicle Information:

  • Details will be provided one day before the pick-up date.

Airport Drop-Off (DEPARTURE):
  • A grace period of 15 minutes is allowed from the booking pick-up time.
Airport Pick-Up (ARRIVAL):
  • We accommodate flight delays or early arrivals.Pick-up time is based on Actual Time of Arrival (ATA) + Buffer Time.
Complimentary Waiting Time:
  • 15 minutes waiting for pick-up from locations other than KLIA/KLIA2 and SZB.
  • 60 minutes waiting for pick-up from KLIA/KLIA2 and SZB.
Cancellation/Reschedule Booking:
    • Free cancellation/rescheduling with no penalty or 100% refund if done more than 24 hours before the pick-up time.
    • No refund for cancellations less than 24 hours before the pick-up time.
    • No rescheduling and no refund for cancellations less than 12 hours before the pick-up time.
    • All refunds subject to approval.
Additional Baggage/Luggage:
    • Passengers must adhere to the vehicle’s maximum load allowance.
    • We are not responsible for issues arising from overloading or inability to fit items into the vehicle.
Baggage Policy:
    • Standard size luggage is based on 26-28 inches.
    • Any large suitcase exceeding 30 inches is counted as 2 pieces of luggage.
    • One standard size equals two smaller size (20″- 22″) luggage.
Important Reminders:
  • Infants and children count as one person.
  • Passengers are not allowed to bring luggage exceeding the vehicle’s capacity limit.
Additional Traveler/Passenger:
  • Drivers have the right to refuse pick-up if the number of passengers exceeds the vehicle’s limit.
Airport Transfer Booking Extra Waiting Charge:
  • RM50-RM100 for every 30 minutes extra, depending on the vehicle type.
All-Inclusive Price:
  • Fixed-price basis including tolls, parking fees, and other charges incurred during the journey.
Late Arrival/Punctuality Guarantee:
  • Compensation of RM1 per minute of waiting time, up to a maximum of RM60, if the driver is late.
  • 50% additional compensation of the booking amount if service cannot be provided.
Confirmation Guarantee:
  • Full refund and additional compensation of at least 20% of the booking amount if a confirmed order is canceled by EzyRide.
Car Replacement:
  • In case of vehicle replacement, EzyRide will arrange a vehicle of the same or upgraded model/category.
